01 / PROJECT STUDY

The intention.

My role was to capture the serene atmosphere of Seaside Society and let its surroundings take the lead. I wanted the film to convey the quiet, pristine quality of the setting and the ease of being there.

The approach.

I approached the villas as part of the landscape. Measured aerial movement reveals how rooflines, terraces and pools sit within the greenery, giving each view enough time to breathe.

01

Light

Natural daylight brings out the relationship between textured surfaces, deep shade and the green landscape.

02

Perspective

Wide views establish the setting; closer approaches reveal the scale and character of the architecture.

03

Rhythm

Unhurried movement gives the film a sense of calm, allowing the surroundings to speak for themselves.

FISCHER MEDIA / PROJECT STUDY

A quiet invitation to arrive.

The finished film presents the villas through the atmosphere around them: open, peaceful and closely connected to nature. The setting remains the story.

What should your place feel like?

The light, the rhythm, the perspective. We shape them around the character of your property and the atmosphere you want to create.
